Many of my works are available as prints or on products through secondary vendors which can be accessed here.
Framed/Unframed:
If you are purchasing an original work, many are available unframed. A few pieces are available already framed, which is indicated in the product description. There may be additional shipping and handling costs for framed pieces. Unframed pieces can be framed at the buyer's request. Please contact me at krysta.bernhardt@gmail.com if you wish for the piece you are purchasing to be framed before shipping.
Purchase/Payment:
If you are purchasing a painting online, it is as easy as pressing the purchase button! You will be directed to the shopping cart and PayPal or Square for processing either with your PayPal account or a credit card. If you would prefer to pay by check please email me at krysta.bernhardt@gmail.com and I will send you an invoice. Once full payment is received the artwork will be shipped to you via UPS.
Shipping:
The cost of shipping and packing is the buyer's responsibility. All artwork will be shipped via UPS with insurance. There is a set shipping and handling fee of $25.00 for any pieces under 5 lbs shipping to the continental 48 states and does not apply to international deliveries, Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping over 5 lbs has a set charge of $40.
Commissions:
I have worked with individuals to create custom abstract pieces for interior spaces and I have completed custom portraits on request in various styles. Please contact me for more information about any commissions.
Return Policy:
For returns from secondary vendors for products or prints, please contact the original site that you purchased from. If you are unsure please feel free to reach out to me.
Original Artwork Return Policy:
For returns of original pieces, please unpack your artwork carefully and keep all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase. From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the piece or return the artwork IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION for a refund.
All artwork is required to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming that the work will be returned. If you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Krysta Bernhardt and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Seven (7) days to contact me about your intent to return the work
- Three (3) days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork.
*** Do not ship the artwork before contacting me first. ***
If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work:
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email krysta.bernhardt@gmail.com to give me your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you are responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist.
Step 3 – Email krysta.bernhardt@gmail.com to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, your return will be processed and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). ** Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
